We help your team get through any legal issues such as divorce, taxes, DUI/DWI, real estate issues, consumer, and criminal law.

Our website is the perfect solution for the small business that would like to have a wellness program.
Thrive’s wellbeing website is designed to motivate employees to make lifestyle changes that are positive for their health, as well as your organization’s bottom-line. Companies implementing wellness programs benefit from a healthy more productive workforce.
• Access to Content covering major life areas: health, relationships, emotional wellbeing, legal, financial, personal and professional growth
Below are some questions that you may get when offering our EAP. Please take some time to read through these so you can answer should one of these questions arise.
Log into the wellbeing website. Open My Benefits for a comprehensive description of the EAP services.
Yes! Posted on the wellbeing website under My Benefits is a 13:45 min. orientation that may be accessed at any time.
You won’t. You will only know if they tell you. All EAP services are confidential. However, an annual utilization report will summarize participation.
That’s possible. Companies that have an EAP, regard it like insurance or AAA. It’s there when you need it. Here’s an example: The school calls one of your teammates to report concern for their teenager who is expressing signs of depression. In that moment, that parent is grateful you purchased and EAP. Another example: A department supervisor dies suddenly. You’re stressed, yet relieved that you have an EAP to help and your team navigate collegial grief.
That’s your choice. When you register, indicate how many people you want to cover and decide how you will communicate your decision.
We offer both face-to-face and telephonic sessions.
We contract with hundreds of counselors, nationwide, representing a variety of specialties and attributes. For example, it’s not unusual for someone to be gender specific when making a counseling request.
If we posted a list and someone didn’t see a counselor in their area, they might think there wasn’t one. We consult our data base first and then make an effort to locate a provider reasonably close to their home or work. Our list is always growing.
Yes, as well as dozens of other training opportunities. Online training is accessible through the wellbeing website and produces a certificate of completion. Check with your lawyer to learn if it satisfies your state’s harassment training requirement.
Yes! We have foreign language interpreters for 240 languages and the wellbeing website has Spanish language content.
Small business that enroll online, pay with a major credit card that renews annually. Others should consult their benefits advisor.
• The contact person at the company will receive a series of onboarding emails (see below), including instructions to access a video orientation for employees.
• A representative of Balance EAP calls the contact person to initiate the relationship and answer questions.
• The company receives brochures and wallet cards to share with employees.
• Each month the company receives a newsletter that displays contact information.
• The company or group receives an annual utilization report and a semi-annual snapshot.
IMPORTANT: Utilization improves when employees call the EAP, directly. It often takes courage to make a phone call asking for help. When told to call the agent for the EAP phone number, courage often wanes. 888-775-2236
We have created a series of onboarding emails that help welcome and educate the company so they may best utilize their EAP services.
